Are your color contact lenses safe to wear?
Yes, all Dimple Color lenses are FDA-cleared and manufactured under strict ISO standards. We use high-quality, breathable materials to ensure maximum comfort and eye health.
Do I need a prescription to order?
While many of our lenses are available in '0.00' power for cosmetic use, we always recommend consulting with an eye care professional before wearing any contact lenses to ensure a proper fit.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
Due to the medical nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed boxes within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened lens vials cannot be returned.
How do I care for my reusable lenses?
Always wash your hands before handling lenses. Use only fresh multipurpose contact lens solution for cleaning and storage. Never use tap water or saliva to rinse your lenses.
